My father suffered from lung cancer. He had surgery, and a few months later, the cancer spread to his brain. I was helpless. I couldn’t help him heal and transform the lung cancer then as I did not have the tools and resources. Three months after arriving in Canada, my father passed away in much agony.

I arrived to Canada with my mum just in time for his funeral. Indeed, this was a traumatic experience as we were supposed to immigrate to Canada from Mauritius Island, South East cost of Africa, in the Indian Ocean, for a better life!

Years later, my mum suffered from spinal stenosis and had surgery. The surgery was to prevent her from being paralyzed. However, she became paralyzed and was wheelchair bound and was dependent on her children. Prior to her surgery, my mum was a woman with strong determination and could cook a feast at age 85. She literally gave up after her surgery: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

During that period, I got a promotion at work. My mother’s surgery and subsequent paralysis, and my new demanding job took a severe toll on me. I became severely stressed, overwhelmed, depressed, and burnt out. I had a “new” veteran employee who would sabotage me all the time, and I had to watch my back. In addition, my new boss wanted me to take work home. And my two daughters were teenagers then! I would cry everyday on my way to work!

My mum was then transferred to a nursing home where she could not communicate with others because of language barrier. Two years later, she passed away, and it was on the same day that I started another new job.

Since the day my mother was hospitalized, then had surgery, became subsequently paralyzed, and transferred to a nursing home, she could no longer move forward in life, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. And I could not move forward in my career and life either. We were both in “parallel existence”.

After lots of unfruitful efforts in trying to fit in a job or have a job fit me, I had to retire from my job. Slowly, during the darkest moment of my life, I started to awaken in my spiritual journey where one after the other, the necessary resources appeared so that I could heal and transform long standing issues of anger, frustration, depression, burn-out, overwhelm, panic attacks, loneliness, shame, guilt, chronic fatigue, and what have you…

I started to connect to my soul, and eventually, I was ready to meet my current mentor and many other teachers.

My mum became a catalyst in my spiritual quest for healing and transformation. I could not help her in the most excruciating moment of her life. I was determined to make a positive difference in my life, in my family’s life and to serve others to be healthy and happy.

I trained in Shen Medicine: soul, heart, mind, and body medicine: Tao Healing Field, and became a Tao Calligraphy Grand Master Practitioner, Tao Hands Practitioner, Tao Master Song Practitioner, Tao Dance Practitioner, and certified in many more healing and transformational modalities…the journey of healing and transformation continues in the Tao Healing Field where I am able to raise my frequency at a soul, heart, mind, and body level, and in the process, I have helped and empowered my family and many clients to raise their frequencies for healing, transformation, rejuvenation, love, peace, harmony, health, happiness and flourishing in all aspects of their life.

This is why I devote my time serving others in their healing and transformation journey. Some of my clients have healed from ringing ears, knee and back pains, neck pain/injuries, concussions, brain injuries, chronic physical pains, kidney infection, depression, anger, relationship challenges, career challenges, and more. They would heal and transform their challenges. They would feel lighter physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. They would feel happy, hopeful, and have a deep sense of gratitude.
