Cosmic Freedom Qigong from Canada to Malaysia – A way of life…

I was introduced to Cosmic Freedom Qigong (CFQ), gentle movements that release blockages, stress, and other ailments in the body. I trained with a Canadian teacher from New Brunswick, who was also a psychologist.

Then I decided to go to Malaysia to train with the Master and founder of this modality in order to become a Certified Qigong Instructor.

In the process, I taught many women and their families this empowering tool to release their daily challenges for them to feel happy, healthy and more productive.

The beautiful thing about this Qigong is you can even do some of the movements while lying down, and sitting down.

I also taught CFQ to some seniors in their 60s, 70’s an 80’s, Some of them were able to release their pains and stress. Our CFQ session was also followed by a beautiful pot-luck to celebrate our coming together, healing and transformation!

I love to do CFQ as a daily practice with a set of physical exercises, and I end up with soul tapping, loving my soul, heart, mind, and body. What a wonderful way to re-energize and rejuvenate before starting our day in a positive frequency!

Yes, it is a way of life that is empowering. I also feel peaceful, happy, and ready to be and accomplish whatever tasks at hand.

While in Malaysia, I also enjoyed the food market. Taking the bus in the evening, enjoying the local people and Malaysia’s local flavours. I would also go to “fish” foot massage and reflexology. What a combo gift of releasing all stresses in life.

I also enjoyed the massages by the local folks in a “shack” on the beach with the natural sound waves of the ocean! The young massage therapist’s wife was expecting twins at the time. He also told me that he was having all the symptoms of his pregnant wife, and that his wife did not have any nausea or whatsoever. Could it be the power of love, and compassion between a couple?

After my Qigong training and certification, some friends and I hopped on the plane for a mini vacation in Bali.

For sure, I enjoyed the local food. I also enjoyed the opportunity of having my palm read by the Shaman who was originally supposed to play in “Eat, Pray, and Love” movie with Julia Robert. Unfortunately, he was sick at the time and could’nt play in the movie. However, it brought him some fame with the tourists…He got to read our palms! It was fun.

I also visited the local seamstress that was referred to me by the hotel. I went to her house, sipping on a juice she concocted while she was taking my measurements to make me a beautiful jacket and an outfit based on one of Lady Di’s outfits.

Indeed, I lived life to the fullest, enjoying every moment, be it spiritual, healing or enjoying the local people or just be. My journey to Malaysia and Bali, including Singapore was a journey of “Eat, Heal, Transform, and Rejuvenate”.

Yes, you too can enjoy life to its fullest. Be healthy and happy.

How may I serve you?
